Security deposit
A 1000.00$ security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed in full, following a complete verification of the property for any damages incurred during your stay. This will be done within a few days after your departure. If a credit card is used, a part will be reserved then returned to you. In case of a payment made by check, it will be cashed a few days prior to your arrival. The reimbursement will then be made to you by check.

This security deposit does not constitute a limit and does not limit us to claim additional amounts.

Animals
Animals are not permitted.

Smoking
In accordance with the law, it is forbidden to smoke inside the cottage.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will reimburse 50% of your deposit. Any cancellation after the 30 day period will not be reimbursed.

Conditions and use of the Jacuzzi
A document explaining the use of the Jacuzzi, joined with your lease, is also available in the cottage and on this web site. The document should be read and acknowledged in full, prior to using the Jacuzzi.

No products other than those permitted and detailed in the document must be poured/spilled or be used in the Jacuzzi, either in a voluntary or accidental manner. Should we be obligated to replace the water in the Jacuzzi, there will be a 300.00$ fee charged to you.

As with any other Jacuzzi, there is a risk of accidental drowning or injuries, it is therefore imperative, that children be supervised at all times. It is the lessee's responsability to ensure adequate supervision.

You must bring your towels for the Jacuzzi.
